  • For selected customers, Kinitron offers Total IT Care support contracts. As a customer, you have the reassurance of being able to call on us to fix any system problem quickly and efficiently.

  • Monthly costs can be fixed and we provide guaranteed support and response times.

  • IT support is by telephone and via remote access, while the customer is still on the phone. This provides the fastest response time while the support costs are kept to a minimum.

  • If required, site visits take place within 2-4 hours at no additional cost.

  • All hardware and software components, new work items and additional services such as training, can be included in a Total IT Care contract. All support calls and new work items are itemised and reported on a monthly basis.
